EasySwing.trading ("EasySwing") is a technology tool that aggregates publicly available market data and applies algorithmic filters to screen stocks based on technical and fundamental criteria.

Nothing on EasySwing constitutes investment advice as defined under MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU), the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft), or any equivalent regulation in the United States (including SEC or FINRA regulations) or any other jurisdiction.

Specifically, EasySwing does not:

• Provide personalised investment recommendations
• Take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance
• Manage your assets or act as a portfolio manager
• Guarantee any investment outcome or return

easyswing.trading is a sole proprietorship operated in the Netherlands. It is:

• Not registered with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM — Autoriteit Financiële Markten) as an investment firm or financial advisor
• Not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or broker-dealer
• Not a member of FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) or any equivalent self-regulatory organisation

Users who require regulated investment advice should consult a licensed financial professional in their jurisdiction.

Trading stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments carries significant risk, including:

• Loss of capital: You may lose all or more than the capital you invest
• Volatility: Small-cap stocks, which are a primary focus of EasySwing, can be highly volatile and subject to large, rapid price movements
• Liquidity risk: Small-cap stocks may have limited liquidity, making it difficult to exit positions at desired prices
• Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rules: U.S. traders with accounts below $25,000 face restrictions on day trading — EasySwing does not manage your PDT status
• Gap risk: Stocks can open significantly higher or lower than the previous close, bypassing stop-loss orders
• System risk: Technical failures in EasySwing, Alpaca, or market infrastructure may prevent order execution at intended prices

Past performance data shown on EasySwing is not indicative of future results.Any historical scan results, backtests, or strategy performance shown are for illustrative purposes only.

EasySwing sources data from third-party providers including Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) and Alpaca Markets. While we strive for accuracy:

• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• Real-time quotes may differ from actual execution prices
• Fundamental data (EPS, revenue, ratios) may not reflect the most recent filings
• AI-generated rankings and sentiment scores are algorithmic outputs, not human analysis

We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or information provided through EasySwing.

EasySwing integrates with Alpaca Securities LLC to allow users to place bracket orders from the EasySwing interface. Users who use this feature acknowledge that:

• EasySwing transmits order parameters to Alpaca on your behalf; all orders are subject to Alpaca's own terms, execution policies, and regulatory oversight
• EasySwing is not responsible for order execution quality, slippage, or partial fills
• Stop-loss and take-profit orders are not guaranteed to execute at specified prices
• EasySwing does not have custody of your funds or securities — all assets are held by Alpaca

By using EasySwing, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using EasySwing
• You have read and understand this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service
• You understand the risks associated with trading financial instruments
• You will not hold easyswing.trading liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other financial harm arising from your use of the Service
• You will seek independent financial advice where appropriate for your personal circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, easyswing.trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your trading activities or reliance on information provided by EasySwing. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from: scan results, alert triggers, AI rankings, backtest data, or order execution via the Alpaca integration.

United States: EasySwing is not registered with the SEC or FINRA. Scan results and alerts do not constitute a "recommendation" as defined under U.S. securities law. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. securities laws, including PDT rules.

European Union / Netherlands: EasySwing provides market data and screening tools under MiFID II's "information services" category. It does not provide investment advice as defined under MiFID II Article 4(1)(4).

Other jurisdictions: Users outside the US and EU are responsible for ensuring their use of EasySwing complies with local regulations regarding financial data services.
