Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 15 May 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to anyone who accesses EasySwing.trading (the "Service"), including web, mobile, API, MCP server, and Telegram surfaces. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Market Integrity
You may not use the Service to engage in, plan, or facilitate any of the following:
- Market manipulation of any kind, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, marking the close, painting the tape, or pump-and-dump schemes;
- Insider trading or any trading on the basis of material non-public information (MNPI), under any jurisdiction's law;
- Coordinated trading rings designed to move price, volume, or sentiment metrics in violation of applicable securities laws;
- Submitting MNPI into Soren chats, the journal, or any other surface — Soren is not a confidential or privileged channel.
You are responsible for compliance with your local market-conduct rules (SEC/FINRA, AFM, FCA, ASIC, MAS, etc.).
3. Automation, Scraping, and Resale
Without our prior written permission you may not:
- Use bots, scrapers, headless browsers, or automated scripts to access the Service or its outputs beyond your normal interactive use;
- Build a competing product, dataset, or signal feed using outputs from the Service;
- Resell, syndicate, redistribute, or sublicence Service outputs (including screener results, AI responses, alerts, and rankings) to third parties;
- Republish material amounts of Service content (more than a handful of items at a time) on social media, newsletters, or trading rooms in a way that substitutes for a subscription;
- Use the Service to populate third-party indices, ETFs, or commercial advisory products.
Sharing a single chart or screenshot occasionally with attribution to EasySwing.trading is fine and welcome.
4. Account Integrity
- One account per natural person. No shared accounts, no team accounts dressed up as personal accounts, no transfer of accounts;
- Do not share your password, session token, or AI session with anyone else;
- Do not create multiple accounts to extend free-tier limits, evade suspensions, or multiply free trials;
- Do not impersonate another person, including by using their email or photo without permission.
5. System and Security
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, model prompts, training data, or proprietary algorithms underlying the Service;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written permission, except via responsible disclosure to privacy@easyswing.trading;
- Disable, circumvent, or interfere with security or authentication features, rate limits, or access controls;
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to harm or disrupt the Service or other users;
- Interfere with another user's use of the Service.
6. AI Abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate Soren into producing content that violates this AUP, the Terms, or applicable law;
- Use Soren to generate disinformation, defamation, harassment, or content designed to influence the market price of any security through dissemination on social channels;
- Use the Service to develop, train, or fine-tune competing AI models, including by scraping inputs and outputs for that purpose;
- Submit personal data of third parties (other than as needed to ask a normal market question) into Soren chats.
See the AI Usage Policy for the full handling of AI features.
7. Telegram, Email, and Alerts
- Alert content delivered via Telegram or email is licensed for your personal use only; do not republish or forward bulk alerts as a signal service;
- Do not configure alerts at a frequency designed to circumvent rate limits or burden the Service;
- Do not use our notification infrastructure to send messages to users who have not opted in.
8. Billing and Refund Integrity
You may not:
- Submit fraudulent payment instruments or stolen card details;
- Initiate chargebacks for charges you authorised, after using the Service, and without first requesting a refund from us under the Refund Policy;
- Abuse the 14-day money-back guarantee through repeated sign-up / refund cycles.
Chargeback abuse is a basis for immediate termination. We may report chargeback fraud to your card issuer and to relevant fraud-prevention databases.
9. Content Standards
Content you submit (including in your journal, alert names, AI chats, or support requests) may not:
- Be illegal, infringe a third party's intellectual property, or breach a duty of confidence;
- Be defamatory, threatening, or harassing toward any person;
- Promote unlawful activity or fraudulent investment schemes;
- Include malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise other users.
10. Sanctions and Export Controls
You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations, or the United Kingdom — including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the non-government-controlled regions of Ukraine. You may not access or use the Service if you are a person identified on any restricted-party list maintained by those authorities (OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UN sanctions, UK OFSI). You may not use the Service to transact with any such person or jurisdiction.
We rely on US-based infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare and Clerk) that are themselves subject to OFAC. We may screen account creation, payment data, and traffic origin against published sanctions lists, and block, suspend, or terminate accounts that match. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Sofus harmless from any liability arising from your breach of this Section. Export-control laws may also apply to access from certain jurisdictions — you are responsible for that determination.
11. Reporting Violations
If you observe activity that may violate this AUP — including suspected market manipulation run through the Service, account compromise, or abuse — please report it to privacy@easyswing.trading. We treat reports confidentially.
12. Enforcement
Where we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion and depending on severity, take any of the following actions:
- Send you a warning and request remediation;
- Throttle or temporarily suspend access to specific features;
- Suspend the account pending investigation;
- Terminate the account without refund;
- Pursue civil claims and refer the matter to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
For serious or unlawful violations (e.g. market manipulation, fraud, security attacks) we may act immediately without prior notice. For minor or first-time issues we generally try notice and remediation first.
13. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
14. Contact and Single Point of Contact for Authorities
