EasySwing.trading is operated by easyswing.trading, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

- Account data: email address, name (from Clerk authentication)
- Trading data: watchlists, journal entries, alert configurations, trade cycles (stored in D1)
- Usage data: page views, feature usage (anonymous analytics)
- Payment data: handled entirely by Clerk Billing — we never see or store card numbers

- To provide the screening and alerting service
