# Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all surfaces of EasySwing.trading (web, mobile, API, MCP, Telegram).

## 1. Market Integrity

No market manipulation (wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump). No insider trading or MNPI. No coordinated trading rings. Don't submit MNPI to Soren — it is not a confidential channel.

## 2. Automation, Scraping, and Resale

No bots, scrapers, or automated scripts beyond normal interactive use without our written permission. No reselling, syndicating, or sublicensing Service outputs. No building competing products, datasets, or signal feeds from our outputs. Occasional screenshot sharing with attribution is fine.

## 3. Account Integrity

One account per person. No shared credentials, no transfers, no multi-account abuse to extend free-tier limits or evade suspensions, no impersonation.

## 4. System and Security

No reverse engineering, prompt extraction, or training-data extraction. No vulnerability probing outside responsible disclosure to privacy@easyswing.trading. No bypassing rate limits or security controls. No malicious code.

## 5. AI Abuse

No jailbreaking or prompt injection. No using Soren to generate disinformation, defamation, or content designed to influence market prices. No scraping inputs/outputs to train competing models.

## 6. Alerts

Alerts are licensed for personal use only. No rebroadcasting as a signal service. No configuring alerts to circumvent rate limits.

## 7. Billing and Refund Integrity

No fraudulent payment instruments. No chargebacks for charges you authorised without first contacting us. No repeat sign-up / refund cycles.

## 8. Content Standards

User content must not be illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or contain malware/phishing.

## 9. Reporting

Report violations to privacy@easyswing.trading. We treat reports confidentially.

## 10. Sanctions and Export Controls

You may not access or use the Service if located in or organised under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by OFAC, EU, UN, or UK (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, non-government-controlled regions of Ukraine), nor if listed on any restricted-party list (OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UN sanctions, UK OFSI). We rely on US infrastructure providers subject to OFAC and may screen and block sanctioned access.

## 11. Reporting

Report violations to privacy@easyswing.trading.

## 12. Enforcement

Warning → throttle/feature suspension → account suspension → termination without refund. Serious or unlawful violations may result in immediate action without notice and referral to law enforcement.

## 13. Contact and DSA Single Point of Contact

For the purposes of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), the single electronic contact point for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and recipients of the Service is privacy@easyswing.trading. Accepted language: English. Sofus operates as a micro/small enterprise under DSA Article 19 and is exempt from the bulk of platform obligations, while maintaining this contact point.
